Dr. Bulus Galadima has been selected as the new dean of the Cook School of Intercultural Studies effective July 15, 2014. July 15, 2014.
Galadima has served for many years as the provost/president of the largest evangelical graduate school in Nigeria, ECWA Theological Seminary, Jos.
"Dr. Galadima comes to Biola with a rich background of experience and service,” said Clinton E. Arnold, dean of Talbot School of Theology, who served on the dean search committee. “He brings strong leadership skills, a sharp theological mind and an expansive vision to his new role at the Cook School of Intercultural Studies. I am truly looking forward to working with him as a fellow dean in the months and years ahead. Bulus will be a blessing to Biola."
Galadima holds a Ph.D. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, a master’s degree in political science from Northeastern Illinois University, a master’s degree in systematic theology and church history from Wheaton College and a bachelor’s degree from ECWA.
"I am very happy that Dr. Bulus Galadima has been chosen to be the dean of the Cook School of Intercultural Studies,” said Clark Campbell, dean of Rosemead School of Psychology, who served on the search committee. “He brings a wealth of administrative, organizational, teaching and cultural experience to this position. His educational and pastoral background, as well as his administrative experience, have prepared him for the challenges of this role. I look forward to working with him as a colleague."
